• 1. How do I delete my BBBB mobile app account?
  If you are an existing BBBB mobile app user and would like to delete your account you can do so on your phone using the BBBB mobile app. Just view your profile and at the bottom there will be an option to Delete your account. You can also login with your phone browser or PC/desktop browser and delete your account. After logging in, just choose to view your account (or profile) and then choose the Delete Account option. When your account is deleted it will no longer be a valid account that anyone can login to. All of your personal information will be erased. Your transaction history will remain in our system for a period of 5 years for reporting purposes but none of your personal information will be associated with your transaction history.
• 2. If I'm having an issue with my BBBB mobile app how do I get support?
  The best way to get support is by using the Contact Us form in the app. However, if you can't access the app or the Contact Us form isn't working, you can send an email to contact@beerbybikebrigade.org and we will be happy to assist you with any issue you are having.
• 3. When does an offer end?
  It depends on the offer. Some offers end at a specific time on a specific day and others end after a certain number of people purcahse the offer.
• 4. How do I pay?
  Purchases happen through the app using PayPal which allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card or bank account.
• 5. After I purchase an offer, how do I get what I purchased?
  When you purchase an offer the items you purchased will be in the app in the 'My Stuff' area. Simply locate the items you purchased and when you are at the merchant, present the items using your phone so the merchant can verify your purchase.
• 6. Where are the official rules for Sweepstakes that are run by BBBB?

• 7. Can I enter the Sweepstakes as many times as I want?
  Almost all BBBB Sweepstakes have limits on the number of times any one person can enter whether they enter for free or give a donation by purchasing an offer through the app. The limits and official rules for each Sweepstakes can be found at http://www.beerbybikebrigade.org/sweepstakes.
• 8. When is the drawing for the upcoming Sweepstakes?
  Drawings are held when a minimum amount of donations/purchases have been met. If you enter a Sweepstakes you will be notified by e-mail and through the mobile app prior to the drawing so you are aware of the schedule.
